RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Gifts and Stuff, we value sustainability and reduce overproduction by operating on a Print On Demand basis. As each product is printed specifically for you, we do not accept returns due to buyer's remorse or size exchanges. However, if you receive a misprinted, damaged, or defective item, please contact us immediately, and we will gladly offer a replacement.
Defective item
To be eligible for a return in case of a defective item, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please be prepared to send a photo if requested.
To start a return, contact us at hello@starstuff.store. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that returns will need to be sent to our facility address that is stated in the original packing slip.

Claims for defective, missing or incorrect products:
If the product has been lost or damaged during transport or if the customer has received the wrong product, the customer must immediately report the fault to our customer service.
The customer has a 14-day right of return, counting from the day the client has received the item. The right of return applies to broken or faulty products in the original packaging. Please take a photo of the broken or faulty product.
If you want to return a product, contact our customer service by phone or email. We help you return the product. To be able to return the product, you must print the return forms that customer service sends you. Remember to enter at least your name and the order number of the order to which the return applies. Returns are free of charge.
Notification of incorrect delivery or defective product must be made to Gifts and Stuff email within 14 days of receiving the product. When we receive the notification, we contact the customer and agree on a solution.
Returns made more than 14 days after the order is received will not be accepted. Once the return has been approved, the amount will be refunded to your account within 14 days of the return being received and processed. If the product was paid for by credit card, the refund will be credited to the credit card. In the case of Klarna payments, the refund is credited to the Klarna invoice or account. The customer is refunded the amount the customer paid for the product, regardless of whether the product's price has changed since then.
If the returned product is not in the above-described condition, the price of the product will not be refunded. If the product is sent back to the customer, the customer is responsible for the delivery costs.
